What does a consultation cover?
Two 60-minute video calls. In the first, we meet, you share your rough plan or expectations — I ask the right questions, make initial suggestions, and make sure I understand exactly what you're after. I then work on your itinerary, map it out, and refine it. In the second call, I walk you through what I built, explain my recommendations, and show you how to use the map. You receive a written summary within 24 hours.
What does 'no hotel prepayment' mean?
All accommodations in my itineraries are local partners who operate on a pay-on-arrival basis. You pay them directly when you check in — no money at risk if your plans change. In the rare case a partner property is full, I find alternatives and always try to negotiate pay-on-arrival with them too.
Do clients get real discounts?
Yes. Through my local partnerships I provide promo codes and discounts for attractions, parks, and activities — negotiated directly with the owners. For example, Costa Planner travelers get 20% off at Sky Adventure Arenal. On a full zipline + hanging bridges package, that's roughly $95 saved for a family of four.
How long does itinerary delivery take?
5 business days after our first call and your acceptance of the offer. Rush delivery in 3 days available for an additional $50.
What languages can we communicate in?
English, French, Polish, and Spanish. Pick whatever is most comfortable for you.
What if I need revisions?
Revisions are included. After the review call, I adjust until you're fully happy with the plan.
